GARDEN LOG SAUNA

Finns will tell you - you have not experienced sauna until you have tried a traditional log built type. As with the smoke saunas of old, there is nothing to match this special atmosphere. Helo is now pleased to offer TIMO and MIKA - two beautiful "cottage" style cabins with solid kiln dried Spruce logs and cross-lap corner joints. The precision cut logs are laid horizontally for a snug fit and the Red Alder interior is elegant and functional with ample room for family and friends to enjoy sauna in the time honoured fashion - perfect as a complement to pool or Hot Tub or simply as a garden retreat.

To fit TIMO or MIKA you will require:

  • - A solid level base slab or decking
  • - Electrical supply to suit 8kW heater and lighting
  • - Water supply and drainage - if you add a shower (MIKA only)
  • - Suitable covering for the roof - Felt or Cedar shingles, etc
  • - Preservative for the exterior walls
